I’m Nat— I’ve been teaching yoga since 2021, but have been practicing- in some way, much, much, longer.

Yoga didn’t sweep me off my feet right in the beginning. In fact, I wasn’t a fan of the movement part at all at first, I found it incredibly difficult, clunky and very sweaty.

However in my mid-30s, it became a lifeline — a powerful tool for managing anxiety and CPTSD. I’m definitely not naturally flexible or from a dance or gymnastics background — just a ‘regular’ human (as regular as one can be!) learning to come home to myself through steady, compassionate practice.
I was disillusioned by the polished, performative version of yoga seen on social media, and felt called to create something different. A space where people could show up exactly as they are — messy, curious, healing — and feel supported.

My background is in mental health/addiction and psychotherapy, I bring a holistic approach to everything I offer, weaving together body, mind, and spirit — using tools like yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, massage, sound healing, and the magic of real community.


For those craving calm, connection, and care — without the fluff.

This isn’t about fixing you. You’re not broken.

It’s about holding space for you to feel whole again.

We hold space for healing that’s real, inclusive, and rooted in compassion — not perfection.

We’re also in the early stages of forming a Community Interest Company (CIC) to expand this mission even further. Our aim is to make donation-based offerings available to those who need them most — because we believe wellness should never be a luxury.

I met Nat through lockdown, and she began doing online moving meditation every morning to help us all stay sane! Before meeting Nat I never really enjoyed yoga and found meditation really difficult to do as I couldn’t switch off. The moving meditation was perfect for me as concentrating on breathing stopped my mind from wandering. Since starting with Nat my love for yoga and meditation has grown so much and is part of daily life. Its all been so beneficial for me mentally and physically. Nat is so knowledgeable and supportive and has the most calming voice.
