Hi, I’m Nat - I’ve been teaching yoga since 2021, but have been practicing - in some way - much, much, longer.

My Story

My background is in mental health/addiction and psychotherapy, I bring a holistic approach to everything I offer, weaving together body, mind, and spirit - using tools like yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, massage, sound healing, and the magic of real community.

I was disillusioned by the polished, performative version of yoga seen on social media, and felt called to create something different. A space where people could show up exactly as they are — messy, curious, healing — and feel supported.

This space was born — not from perfection, but from a deep need for something real.

I met Nat through lockdown, and she began doing online moving meditation every morning to help us all stay sane! Before meeting Nat I never really enjoyed yoga and found meditation really difficult to do as I couldn’t switch off. The moving meditation was perfect for me as concentrating on breathing stopped my mind from wandering. Since starting with Nat my love for yoga and meditation has grown so much and is part of daily life. Its all been so beneficial for me mentally and physically. Nat is so knowledgeable and supportive and has the most calming voice.
